Raphael Geiger ist Journalist. Er hat die Henri-Nannen-Schule besucht und fing 2012 im Auslandsressort des Stern an. 2015 ging er für das Magazin nach Istanbul, später zog er nach Athen und New York. Seit 2023 ist er zurück in Istanbul, jetzt als Korrespondent der Süddeutschen Zeitung.
Raphael Geiger is a Correspondent with the German daily Süddeutsche Zeitung, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. Prior to that, he spent a decade working for Stern Magazine, reporting from Istanbul, Athens and New York City.
